This is a remote role but expected to travel to/around London for meetings and events.
We are a growing leading private psychiatry clinic, with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Accounts Manager to support us in the delivery of high-quality communications and marketing strategies.
This is a new role, which will closely work with the Directors on sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, planning and development to grow the business and promote the organisation with a focus on excellence in patient/client care.
The postholder will advise on and deliver Sales and marketing campaigns, communicating and negotiating with potential new client groups and will play a key role in driving customer engagement and contributing to the growth of the business.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual who has the following skills and experience.
Skills/Experience Required:
· Experience in targeted campaign management
· Experience of presenting to groups and individuals
· Experience of successful client engagement and communication
· Excellent spoken and written English with exceptional grammar
· Knowledge of sales management systems and marketing tools and platforms
· Knowledge of Sales and marketing initiatives in a private healthcare setting
· Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful marketing campaigns
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently on a remote basis
· Flexible nature with a can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities
The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
Assist in the marketing content for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns.
Identify new business streams and meet with groups and individuals to introduce and promote the service.
Monitor campaign performance and analyse data.
Contribute to refining our brand identity and messaging to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
