Look no further! We're in search of a Sales Coordinator to join our client in Burton-On-Trent.
Salary: £24,500 - £27,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift and Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 4.30pm
About the Role: As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin in the sales operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Generating new business leads through proactive outreach
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and tact
- Assisting with general office duties as needed
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
