Sales Office Assistant required to join our Blythe Bridge team.

Permanent position working Monday to Friday.

· Competitive salary, dependant upon experience

· 37.5hours per week

· Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends

· Bank holidays off and extended Christmas closure

The Role

Exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment to assist our busy and vibrant sales team in an efficient and professional way.

There is huge scope for growth and development in this role, initial responsibilities will include:

· Taking calls, provide information and relay messages within the business.

· Having ownership of daily tasks including courier deliveries and mail.

· Learning to use our ERP and the information held in it.

· Interfacing with other departments to answer questions and solve problems

· Providing general administrative and office support.

Experience and Qualifications

· Be interested in our business and have a strong work ethic.

· Have a can do attitude and willingness to get involved.

· Show confidence and ask questions.

· Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

· Build effective relationships.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Blythebridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Telephone sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
