Your new role
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday. The key duties include:
- Supporting Business Development Managers and Product Managers.
- Responding to queries with the support of the internal sales teams
- To provide a high standard of customer service for new and existing clients.
- Raising Technical Production Sales Files and acknowledging orders received.
- Liaising with finance companies & customers
- Make up new delivery packs in readiness for dispatch.
- Create and issue all new delivery notes in readiness for dispatch.
- Creating new equipment and updating the bespoke system.
- Attending UK exhibitions and promotional events as required.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Sales/Customer administration, ideally in the manufacturing sector, sales will be ideal, as well as great communication skills. This role will require strength in time management and prioritisation as well as working well in a small team. Being confident with IT, systems and MS Office will be key to this role, as well as the ability to work accurately and with detail.
