Job description

As a Sales Support Administrator you will be an integral part of the future growth of the business and will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to the Sales Team. The Sales Support role offers a varied range of tasks including managing incoming calls, building customer relationships and providing project updates as well as booking seminars.
Key responsibilities
* Managing all incoming calls, ensuring the highest level of customer care
* Calling new and existing clients in order to gain project updates
* Project track to ensure we maximise every opportunity of winning the project
* Book seminars for the External Sales Team including arranging lunch and hotels
* Make outgoing customer relationship calls to bring in new potential leads
* Be involved in the sales order process, raising quotes, sales and purchase orders
* Provide admin support for the team at all times including ordering stationery
* Support with Organising social events and the annual fundraiser
* Achieve personal and department targets
* Meet and greet all visitors
* Liaise with hauliers and suppliers
Office opening hours 8.15 – 5.00, standard working day is 7.5 hours, flexible shift options dependant on team cover. – offering an excellent work/life balance
Dress code smart/casual, dress down Friday
25 days holiday plus bank holidays. 4 or 5 days kept for Christmas shutdown
Structured Company Bonus, we can earn up to 10% of salary after 6 months of probation
BUPA health care after 6 months’ probation
Auto-enrol Pension
