We are looking for a Senior lawyer with a proven track record in dealing with complex Commercial Property matters relating to asset portfolio management, experience in dealing with all aspects of public sector land holdings be that for development, sale, lease or otherwise. Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate experience and a good understanding of local authority governance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, drafting skills and the ability to provide legal advice to a variety of audiences, including senior officers and Members. This post will have supervisory responsibilities for up to 3 lawyers and so previous experience of supervising staff is desirable but not essential.
