As the Senior School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Provide admin support to the SLT team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Record Management: Oversee the maintenance and organisation of student records, attendance records, and other administrative documents.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the school community, liaising with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders as needed.
Staff Support: Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance on tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and general office procedures.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage school events, including meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other special occasions.
Policy Implementation: Ensure that school policies and procedures are consistently implemented and followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior administrator within an educational institution.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
