As the Senior School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Administrative Support: Provide admin support to the SLT team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

2. Record Management: Oversee the maintenance and organisation of student records, attendance records, and other administrative documents.

3. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the school community, liaising with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders as needed.

4. Staff Support: Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance on tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and general office procedures.

5. Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage school events, including meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other special occasions.

6. Policy Implementation: Ensure that school policies and procedures are consistently implemented and followed.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a senior administrator within an educational institution.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
5. Knowledge of school administration systems and procedures.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
