As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our business operations function, ensuring customer excellence and contributing to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Arrange, plan, and coordinate field engineering activities, focusing on preventative maintenance and remedial works, meeting customer SLAs and business processes.
- Team Coordination: Supporting a team of field engineers, ensuring daily bookings align with business targets in terms of both monetary value and productive hours.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deliver exceptional customer service in line with SLAs and expectations.
- Financial Accountability: Ensure financial targets are met by achieving daily booking goals and other KPIs set by the business.
Skills required:
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate fluently with customers, engineers, and internal staff.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer-related issues with a positive team spirit.
- Time Management: Prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Microsoft Proficiency: Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (beginner to intermediate level).
