Job Description
You will repair and maintain the Signalling and Telecoms infrastructure to ensure that it meets the requirements of the operational railway in a safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective way.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Signalling Technician within the Railway Industry OR a minimum of 4 years experience as an Apprentice Technician (having obtained or working towards a relevant BTEC qualification) within the railway industry OR alternatively, an ONC, or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience in an electrical engineering environment.
- Signalling Maintenance Testing Handbook (S.M.T.H) competent or willing to obtain.
- Ability to work shifts including nights.
- Full current driving licence
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of electronic transmission systems.
