Your new role
The Support Analyst provides technical support to internal customers, assisting them by phone, email, and face-to-face, escalating to relevant technical teams or external support providers for resolution when necessary. The remit of this team is global and extends to all aspects of UX support relating to Service Desk, application, and infrastructure,
You will identify improvements in processes and opportunities to automate standard tasks.
•To deal with requests for user support from the Service Desk, regional IT Officers and external support providers, to ensure an efficient, customer-focused response is provided and a high quality of customer service is maintained.
•Respond to either first line or end user software or hardware queries via email, phone or face to face.
•Work with 1st Line teams to complete or escalate to third line support as and when necessary.

What you\'ll need to succeed
Minimum 3 years relevant IT experience, working within the professional services sector with an appreciation of the demands placed on support teams by the business.
