Team Assistant

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team Assistant for a leading financial services firm based in the City.

Position: Team Assistant

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office and 2 from home

Benefits: 25 days holiday (30 days after 2 years), pension, private healthcare, season ticket loans and more!

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:

• Organise and attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions
• Prepare agendas, documents and packs for meetings
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Deal with all correspondence and communication efficiently
• Step in to cover EA when needed
• All other ad hoc administrative duties

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking abilities
• A team player with a 'can do' attitude
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working at pace
