They are seeking a Team Assistant to join their office in North London, someone who loves to be busy and enjoys variety – no two days will be the same!
You will be:
- Being the go-to person in the team, arranging meetings, providing PA support, booking appointments
- Using your creative flair to get stuck in with Marketing, helping with design, social media
- Getting involved with anything and everything with the team – they are very keen for this person to take on more responsibility and grow with the role
- Creating marketing packs and helping prepare for pitches
- Assisting with events
- Liaising with clients, creating strong relationships
- General office administration
There is huge scope for progression in this company, many of today’s Partners started as a Team Assistant originally.

- Some previous administrative experience, ideally 6 months - 2 years
