Once a university pipe dream between two friends, after a successful stint as a Mexican street food pop-up, in 2021 we took the next big step in our journey and opened up the first permanent Brorritospremises. Our aim is simple; to provide authentic, fresh, vibrant and tasty food to our customers, and bring a little slice of Mexico to South East London. We are a small business with big ambitions and we’re always on the lookout for passionate, hard working talent to join the team and bring their own flair to what we do.

THE ROLE
CREW MEMBER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all areas during service incl. Reheating, Cooking various menu items to order, sides section and learning the art of wrapping a ‘brorrito’.
- Reading order tickets & expediting orders.
- Replenish stock levels proactively and keep your section organised.
- Ensure work areas remain tidy and maintain high levels of cleanliness before, during and after service.
- Helping with pot wash area.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Ability to work well in a team environment - especially in tight spaces!
- Be Confident - we’re looking for someone to be proactive rather than reactive!
- Ability to work well under pressure in stressful environments - it can get quite lively on a Friday/Saturday night!
- Willingness to contribute ideas - we’re always open to different opinions, if you think something could be better… let us know!
Desirable:
- 1 - 2 years experience in kitchens
- Level 2 Food Safety Award holder

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
