An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join this reputable organisation on a temporary basis, for a 6 month period. This is a full-time position, which will require some travel to other local sites. Ideally you will have your own transport and the role offers access to Free parking.
This is a really busy role which will include dealing with change management, resource planning and talent management, employee relations as well as learning and development. You will support with providing expert advice and guidance to managers, developing trusted and effective partnerships with them, and supporting on a diverse range of HR topics. You will be accountable for ensuring adherence to legislation changes by implementing a broad range of policies and processes and will create and analyse statistical reports and take the necessary actions accordingly.
Ideally you will have your CIPD Level 5 or equivalent proven work experience as an HR generalist, dealing with complex HR issues. You will need excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, collaboration, planning and organisational skills and be an independent thinker with initiative to pre-empt people related risks. The ability to structure your workload and manage competing priorities is critical, as is the ability to influence and challenge decisions, whilst building relationships.
