Position Title: Transport Manager - Waste Management

Salary: Up to £36-40k plus pension

25 days Holiday plus bank holidays

Location: Aldridge and surrounding areas

Role: Transport Manager - Waste Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of transport planners, drivers and vehicles on a day-to-day basis.

• Provide work instructions and monitor driver and operative performance, including briefing and debriefing during the working day.

• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong planning skills and thorough understanding of compliance.

• Demonstrated commitment and stability in previous roles.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Managers CPC essential

• ADR Qualification
