Our client is looking for someone to join their busy admin team to support their warehouse. You will need to be hardworking and reliable. You will be required to have good communication skills and be able to solve customer issues and provide resolutions to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
This position would suit someone who has previously worked in a warehouse with office experience also.
Responsibilities
Include:
- Authorising return of faulty goods.
- Responding to and resolving any calls or emails relating to delivery times.
- Handle customers complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Liaising with other departments within the business to assist customer queries.
- Daily/weekly reports
- able to support warehouse in peak times.
You will be working on site Monday to Friday working a 40 hour week. This is a temp role initially and there is a possibility this role could become permanent. It is a great opportunity for someone wanting to temp initially, gaining experience and looking to find permanent work as their end goal.
