Position Overview:

- Location: Belfast

- Pay: £12.36 per hour (Weekly Pay)
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Flexible working hours (37 hours)
- Length: 12 months
Job Duties:
This AO roleis within the VPB Corporate Services team. The main duties include:
• Casework of incoming new applications, verifying the documentation that has been supplied.
• Performing call-backs to Applicants and representatives.
• Casework of later stage cases, requesting, collating and assessing evidence and liaising with all groups within VPB.
• Check each case contains the correct certification documentation, sourcing same when required.
• Preparing and issuing of early update letters to applicants in line with desk instructions.
• Updating the Application Portal in line with process.
• Collate statistical information regarding case applications.
• Liaise with IT Assist and Senior Management to procure IT Accounts and equipment for staff and Board members.
• Liaise with the Portal developers to carry out scoping, testing and implementation of new functionality to the computer system.

Essential Criteria: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- 5 GCSEs, including both Maths & English (or Level 2 equivalent).
- Basic Access NI Check.
