Our client is looking for an Administration Officer to join their team!
Rate of Pay: £12.36
Location: Ballydollaghan
Hours: 37
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Duration:6 months with possible extension
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
Provide the financial and administrative support function for processing payment certificates within Property Services, and ensure that all payments are checked, correctly coded and paid in a timely manner. Ensure the Building Maintenance record spreadsheet and Work Order Tracker spreadsheet is updated accurately. Log faults on DoF AMPS Property Maintenance System for Balmoral Road Admin Block when Premises Officer is unavailable and take any follow up action if required.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
