Administrator Assistant
Salary: 22,000 - 23,000 (plus benefits)
Location: Ashford (full-time on-site)
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
About the role:
- This job is a "jack of all trades" role that offers a great opportunity for someone to have exposure to all aspects of running an office.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, including colleague support, courtesy calls, raising credit notes, chasing payments, dealing with phone and email enquiries, data entry tasks, sending post, manage insurances (company and vehicle), all while being the point of contact for any problems with office equipment.
- Assist with credit control and bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
- Marketing interest/experience/passion would be a bonus as they would love for you to take over the website and social media sites, create and post new product alerts, team updates, etc.
Requirements:
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience of working within an office.
- Experience of using Xero, Salesforce and Unleased (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
