This multifaceted organisation are currently thriving within the renewable market, specialising in the development, delivery and asset management of utility-scale BESS projects. They have the expertise and capability to deliver scalable projects efficiently and effectively, with plans to supply over 1GW of projects within the UK market. As a result, they now wish to grow their Asset Management function to facilitate future success.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring asset performance, collecting and analysing data, identifying improvements and implementing strategies to enhance performance and refine processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an asset management role within the renewable or HV infrastructure sector. You will need an analytical mindset, excellent problem solving ability, and be willing to work full time in the Central London office.

The Role:
*Asset Manager for BESS projects
*Collect information and data on asset performance
*Monitor and analyse performance data and produce reports on findings
*Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to refine processes
*Liaise and collaborate with contractors, internal teams, key stakeholders
*Implement best practice and ensure compliance with industry standards
PLEASE NOTE: This is an entirely office based role in Central London with occasional site visits

The Person:
*Experience managing the operations of renewable or HV infrastructure assets
*HV electrical experience (BESS, solar farms, wind farms, substations, datacentres etc)
*Analytical mindset
*Excellent ability to problem-solve
*Adaptable and pro-active approach to work
*Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis, and flexibility to travel to sites across the UK when needed
