FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper / Finance Office Manager for a nationally recognized business who's Head Office is situated in Stratford upon Avon. The business are offering a salary of circa £35k plus hybrid working, up to 2 days per week working from home!
Suitable candidates will be AAT Qualified with 3-4 years' experience within a similar role. The business use a bespoke IT finance system and training for that will be given on the job. Candidates must be comfortable using MS Excel spreadsheets though (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, VLookups & formatting).
Duties Will Include
- Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger duties including raising / processing invoices / processing payments
- General Ledger and VAT Returns
- Cash and Banking
- Supporting the wider team with stock accounting / reporting
- Reconciling accounts
- Processing a monthly payroll
- Credit Control
- Supporting the month & year end accounts reporting
- Monthly meetings with the Management team & taking part in adhoc project work
- Assisting with forecasting / budgets
