Part Time Bookkeeper

FRS are recruiting a Part-Time Bookkeeper on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is offering up to £45k pro-rata for 24 hours per week worked between Tuesday & Thursday.
Suitable candidates will be available immediately OR at short notice, happy with a 12 month fixed term contract, have their own vehicle due to the rural location & be experienced users of Sage.
Duties Will Include:
Preparation of monthly payroll for 330 employees
Petty Cash, accruals, payments
Overseeing of all finance related issues.
Project management support to the Directors
Overseeing Management of monthly payrolls, Hourly paid and salary
Overseeing Management of debtors and creditors
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Preparation of Management Accounts
Petty Cash, Expenses, accruals, payments
Financial support to the wider team
Management of a team of two
