If so, we have the perfect position for you. Our client is an Accountancy Practice located in the heart of Leamington Spa, seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping:Perform end-to-end bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling bank statements.
- Client Liaison:Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- VAT Returns:Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with current regulations.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Responsible for filing and document scanning.
- Administrative Duties:Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Ad Hoc Work:Be ready to tackle any additional responsibilities as they arise.
Skills:
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or other online accounting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Working Hours:
- 22½ hours per week.
- Flexible working patterns available, including 5 shorter days or 3 longer days to accommodate your preferences.
Salary:
- £22,000 - £24,000 per annum based on experience (Full-time equivalent).
