SalaryFRS are recruiting a Part-Time Bookkeeper on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is offering up to £45k pro-rata for 24 hours per week worked between Tuesday & Thursday (paid salary approx £29k for the hours worked).
Suitable candidates will be available immediately OR at short notice, happy with a 12 month fixed term contract, have their own vehicle due to the rural location & be experienced users of Sage.
Duties Will Include
- Preparation of monthly payroll for 330 employees
- Petty Cash, accruals, payments
- Overseeing of all finance related issues.
- Project management support to the Directors
- Overseeing Management of monthly payrolls, Hourly paid and salary
- Overseeing Management of debtors and creditors
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Preparation of Management Accounts alongside the Company Accountant
- Petty Cash, Expenses, accruals, payments
- Financial support to the wider team
- Management of a team of two
