Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging and Rigid Boxes | Midlands and Scotland | £45k - £60k plus commission

Their services span from pre-press design innovation to complete package printing, a versatile partner for brands looking to make a significant impact with their packaging.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business across Rigid Boxes, premium boxes, cartons and Luxury Packaging, covering Midlands and Scotland
• Pursuing and securing new clientele across a broad spectrum of industries including: Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Spirits
• Adopting a consultative stance to offer solutions through the company's offerings
• Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies
• Managing accounts once accounts onboarded

Key attributes required:

• Proven new business experience
• Business acumen to source business using techniques such as cold calling
• Essential experience within the packaging industry, desirable within Rigid Boxes and premium/lux packaging
• Personable and ambitious, with training and development available for Sales Director career route
• A relationship builder, able to naturally build relationships across internal and external stakeholders!
