My client is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and passionate individual to join their customer service team. This person should have a flair for providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, working as a pivotal member of a team, supporting other team members, and is willing to work on a variety of duties, projects, and administrative tasks. Every day will be different, adding excitement to the role.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Supporting customer inquiries face-to-face, by phone, and by email and distributing to relevant departments or team members
• Preparing for customer visits and ensuring they are comfortable during their stay
• Arranging diary bookings either via walk-ins or email
• Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and support other departments with any administration duties
• Ensuring the smooth handover of stock and replenishment where necessary
• Carry out stock follow-up checks

The successful candidate should have:

• Previous customer experience. Ideally within an office/service environment
• Can work to service level agreement levels and targets (Not sales)
• Good attention to detail
• Can work solely or as part of a team
• Highly organised
• Computer literate
• Confident in supporting customers face-to-face or via the phone.
• Full UK driving licence
