Client Details
A great business based in Harrogate with sites across the UK. The business is approx 600 heads working across 3 business areas.
Description
Reporting into the SLT you will be the first lead HR role in the business:
- Managing a team of 4
- Responsible for all aspects of HR including: Recruitment, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, well being and reward, employee engagement and communication, employee relations, HR policies and procedures.
- You will work closely with the SLT to partner, advise on all HR matters and drive the business from a people perspective in order to achieve business targets.
Profile
- Have previously worked in an SME size business managing a HR Function
- Have previously managed a HR team
- Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing
- Is a hands on generalist HR professional with a commercial focus
- Can be site based in Harrogate minimum of 3 days per week
- Is able to travel to other sites as and when required
Job Offer
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000k per annum
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week onsite in Harrogate
- 25 days AL + BH
- Pension contribution
- Death in Service
