Hr Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team of HR and Recruitment professionals who loves advising clients and is passionate about supporting small and medium sized businesses. You will join our team as a HR Manager or Senior HR Manager depending upon where we think you will slot into our team structure.

The role is busy and varied working across a complete cross section of industries and clients. You will be advising clients on a range of HR issues from our office over the phone and on email along with attending client sites locally as and when required. The role will have a strong ER bias but we like our team to be solution and commercially focussed with their advice, not quote policy and processes at our clients.

If you like working on Company culture, ways to add value through HR into businesses and delivering on HR Projects, we would love to pass some of these over to you too. We believe in working to the team's strengths so will fill your time with what you enjoy working on most.
