Financial operations are at the core of supporting the organisation's multifaceted activities. As such, we are seeking a Head of Financial Operations and Control who can effectively lead our financial function to ensure strong compliance, efficient management of Financial Operations, and accurate external reporting across the organisation.
The Head of Financial Operations and Control will provide invaluable financial guidance, enabling us to maintain the highest level of fiscal stewardship. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the production of the statutory annual accounts, subsidiary financial statements, and the annual external audit; Overseeing financial accounting and information services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed asset accounting, treasury management, and taxation;
- Being committed to spearheading digitalisation, including leading the design, implementation and review of systems, processes and procedures; Building and inspiring a high performing team.
We are in search of an exceptionally motivated and dynamic financial expert with a wealth of experience in financial control, auditing, treasury management and systems implementation.
