Salary Kenny Recruit are working with an admirable charity in their search for a HR Assistant, on a temporary basis for about 2 months. They are a anti-abuse charity and work with victims and survivors of interpersonal abuse and violence.
Overall - we're looking for someone with a bit of HR background or experience (e.g. using Bright HR or similar), that's really happy to help out across the administrative needs of the organization. We are ideally looking for someone who would be available to come into the office a few times a week.
Pay: £14 - £16 per hour
Location: Central London (hybrid working)
Working hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Responsibilities:
* Drafting and sending out contract extension letters
* Drafting and sending out pay rise letters
* Uploading letters to Bright HR and updating with new information or starters
* Recruitment admin (including liaising with hiring managers, setting up and sending interview invites etc. We have recently started using Hireful, so if they have any experience of using that system that would be great!)
* Running reports from Bright HR
* Desk based research, making enquiries, getting quotes re: training providers
* Any other administrative tasks are required
