Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on employee relations cases, ensuring policy consistency.
- No line management responsibilities, working closely with 2 other BP.
- Appeal sessions, presenting compelling management cases.
- Maintain HR policies in alignment with legislative requirements and organisational goals.
- Assisting with project work.
- Uphold effective communication systems, keeping stakeholders informed of critical HR matters.
- Foster a culture of performance management, implementing and monitoring performance criteria.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- CIPD or equivalent qualification
- Background and experience handling complex ER cases
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, equality and diversity regulations,
- Proven track record in developing and implementing impactful HR policies and procedures..
- Experience training sessions on HR policies and procedures to the table
