Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Work closely with service managers across the region acting as a strategic Business Partner.
- Support business needs through effective recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management processes
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Act as a point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
- Ability to travel 2-3 days per week.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package between £45,000 to £50,000pa.
- Hybrid working, with the need to travel a couple of times a week.
