Job description

We are recruiting for a fantastic well known client who is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their busy role within Leisure/Entertainment sector

You will be the first point of contact for Senior Line Managers and work closely to address any people issues and initiatives to ensure they are rolled out effectively. You will be working with the Head of HR supporting the implementation of policies across all countries within the business.

The function of the role is to:

  • Working with the various teams to create a high performing culture
  • Providing operational support to the Group and HR Leads
  • Creating proposals and solution for operational challenges
  • Ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures
  • Leading and delivering various HR Group projects

Duties include:

  • First point of contact and supporting managers across internal corporate functions to assist with any people related issues and queries
  • Supporting territory HR Leads in day to day activity and escalating any issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Simplifying any people issues and present solutions to stakeholders where decisions and action can be taken
  • Drive the implementation of Group HR frameworks that drive business capability, high performance and best practice
  • Partnering with shared service to ensure consistency and accuracy of relevant practices and procedures
  • Driving high performance by ensuring managers have capability to perform to required standards
  • Creating and implementing people plans that improve engagement
  • Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are implemented to standard
  • Creating and using project and communication plans to roll out initiatives
  • Using talent management tools create visibility of capability within Group leadership teams
  • Driving effective succession plans and defining for critical roles
  • Supporting line managers with creating of succession plans and talent pools

Key skills:

  • Previous experience within multisite Retail/hospitality/leisure
  • European exposure in policy development and employment law
  • Experience within a Corporate Head Office
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
