HR Officer - Recruitment and Training Coordinator

About you
- Associate CIPD
- One years’ experience in providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
- One years’ experience in the management of disciplinary, grievance and absence
- The ability to work as part of a team with the aim of improving the quality of service provided and providing support to colleagues to achieve improved results
- Experience of working in a Learning and Development environment is desirable
What you’ll do
- Manage relationship between the organisation and external recruitment service provider
- Manage on-site interviews
- Manage end-to-end process of internal trawls and internal temporary promotions.
- Assist with the co-ordination of responses within relevant timeframes, to requests under e.g. freedom of information and data protection legislation
- Liaise with department managers and offer expert advice on Recruitment and Training.
- Management of all agency staff recruitment throughout organisation.
