HR Officer - Recruitment and Training Coordinator

About you

• Associate CIPD
• One years’ experience in providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
• One years’ experience in the management of disciplinary, grievance and absence
• The ability to work as part of a team with the aim of improving the quality of service provided and providing support to colleagues to achieve improved results
• Experience of working in a Learning and Development environment is desirable

What you’ll do

• Manage relationship between the organisation and external recruitment service provider
• Manage on-site interviews
• Manage end-to-end process of internal trawls and internal temporary promotions.
• Assist with the co-ordination of responses within relevant timeframes, to requests under e.g. freedom of information and data protection legislation
• Liaise with department managers and offer expert advice on Recruitment and Training.
• Management of all agency staff recruitment throughout organisation.
