As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period “H7”, Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 – The Queen’s Terminal.

Role Requirements
- Work closely with the IM&AI Lead along with all discipline leads including design & engineering management, delivery, quality and digital to undertake the Asset Integration and associated tasks
- Work with the HAL Asset Integration team to understand the process to be able to implement what is required for Handover at Heathrow Airport to the Costain and supply chain partners
- Ensure Assets and the Asset integration process is followed as per the Heathrow process, mapping existing assests, those to be replaced, discontinued and new installed assets. Where applicable establishing ‘New Type’ assets are set up on MaxiNet. Ensure drawings are marked up with Asset Numbers. Cross checking all asset numbers are on the correct drawings (as indicated by Handover Deliverables Schedule), Spares Lists and Maintenance Plans
