Key areas of responsibilities and accountability
- Identify & qualify new prospects and leads.
- Offer alternative products in case of supply chain issues directly to customers.
- Up selling of promotions and regular orders directly to customers.
- Review order book for up selling opportunities.
- Update and maintain CRM customer data
- Liaising with all other departments to improve efficiency and minimise issues and costs and provide adequate reporting.
The ideal candidate is
- Motivated to follow up leads
- A key team player
- Excellent communication skill
- Preferably CRM, Microsoft Outlook, SAP knowledge.
- Problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to go the extra mile
