We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our small, friendly and growing team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be approachable, provide attention to detail, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Dealing with customers via telephone or email
· Inputting orders and general use of the company CRM system
· Carry out administrative duties such as setting up new accounts, new sales enquiries and preparing quotes and ordering materials.
· Complete all maintenance contract renewals, ensure customers are happy with current contract duration and discuss recommendations with them.
· Scheduling work for engineering team and ensuring the diary is maintained and up to date.
- Arrange site access for engineers with relevant manager and ensure that all Heath and Safety documentation is provided (RAMs and Method Statements) and signed off.
- Proactively chase and follow up quotations raised by the team.
- Ensure that the Maintenance schedule is fully maintained and up to date.
· Having a positive and proactive approach, fostering good working relationships with the team.
· Maintain a high-performance customer driven culture.
Job Type: Full-time
