My client is a leading bank that offers a range of financial products and services to their customers. We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Administration/IT department and support our Head of IT & Admin/HR Director.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, staff, and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service and handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree level qualification
- Mandarin speaking preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional attitude and ability to liaise with all levels of employees and clients
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
