Office Manager| Barnet
An outstanding school in Barnet is looking to appoint an Office Manager to help strengthen the function of the internal office team. The ideal candidate will be a proven team leader, who is resilient and confident in decision making.
As an Office Manager you will be an integral part of the school leadership team and will hold the responsibility for the Finance team, Office Manager, Admin staff, Technicians and Premises staff.
Office Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Key role in ensuring the administrative functions of the school run efficiently.
- Supervising reception and administrative staff ensuring a highly welcoming and professional service is maintained.
- Monitor, review and adapt systems and processes in line with the needs of a growing school.
- Managing health, safety and welfare of staff and other people on school premises as directed by the principal.
- Salary £29,397-£43,115, per annum depending on experience.
Office Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a school environment.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Genuine passion and a belief in the potential of every pupil.
- Flexibility, proactivity and a willingness to change approaches when necessary.
- Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
