Location: Hadleigh
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Some flexibility to assist with trade shows.
Salary: GBP25,000 per annum
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays; increasing with service.

What are we looking for from you?
- Previous office support experience to a high standard
- Confidence when speaking to customers on the phone and email resolving any queries efficiently and effectively.
- An enthusiastic personality with a drive to learn and develop.
- Order processing experience and experience on Sage 50 would be advantageous
- Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
The role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications, including telephone calls, emails, and visitors at the reception.
- Manage the end-to-end process of customer orders, ensuring timely updates to customers and coordination with production for efficient order dispatch.
- Handle the processing of orders from the website/Shopify platform, overseeing shipping statuses, and managing website administration.
- Administer and curate content for various social media platforms, with a focus on food around the world
- Coordinate weekly transport bookings for order dispatch, while maintaining communication with transport services to address any issues or delays.
- Generate invoices for dispatched orders and provide regular sales figures to the directors on a daily and monthly basis.
- Utilise Sage 50 accounts for processing supplier invoices and organising supplier BACs payments.
- Maintain office organisation through effective filing and general administrative duties to optimise operational processes.
- Support senior management, occasionally accompanying them for evening/weekend travel, customer visits, and participation in trade shows to promote products.
- Assist in marketing efforts, organising promotional activities with the customer base and coordinating exhibition events.
- Adhere to a smart dress code and exhibit a keen interest in exploring diverse cuisines to contribute to the development of the product portfolio.
