Operations Administrator

Your new companyBased in the Babergh District of Suffolk, you will be joining a purpose-built, family-run food manufacturing company which has partnered with various hospitality and other manufacturing organisations to create a well-established brand and continuous growth.Your new roleAs Operations Administrator you will perform a variety of multifaceted tasks to contribute to the smooth running of office operations. Duties include:- Handling customer queries (via telephone/emails/chats) and efficiently solving problems- Processing orders and updating customers on shipping status'- Marketing administration (website and social media)- Booking order transport- Invoicing (Sage 50 accounts) and raising bacs payments- Producing daily/monthly sales figures- Organising exhibition events- Occasional evening/weekend travel with SLT, visiting customers, and attending trade shows to promote productsWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will be a confident and personable individual with excellent rapport-building skills. You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy, varied workload. In addition, having a proactive, "can-do" approach will benefit your application, and even more so if you have a passion for multicultural cuisines.
