Just Recruitment is supporting a well-regarded and long-standing business within Hadleigh- looking to add an Operations Administrator to its team.
For this role, you will have administration experience and previous experience using Sage would be an advantage.
Duties include:
First point of contact into business for all telephone calls, emails and reception visitors.
Processing all customer orders, ensuring customers are kept updated on the order process, liaising with production to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Processing website orders.
Booking transport for orders to be dispatched each week.
Liaising with transport in case of any delays or order problems
Invoicing orders as dispatched.
Providing daily and monthly sales figures to the directors
Processing all supplier Invoices using Sage 50 accounts.
Raising Supplier Bacs payments
Skills required:
Working as part of a small team must be able to prioritize your own workload.
Good customer service skills able to communicate effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience using Sage would be an advantage.
Previous experience using word and excel
This is a great opportunity for an experienced office administrator to join a small friendly team in an interesting and varied role.
