Operations Administrator
An exceptional permanent opportunity has arisen for someone to assist with the day to day running of a successful, long- established company based in Hadleigh.
Employed as part of a small, dedicated team the main duties of the very varied an interesting role will include:
- First point of contact into the business for all telephone calls, emails and reception visitors
- Processing customer orders ensuring customers are kept updated on the progress
- Processing website orders and handing website administration
- Booking transport for orders
- Administration of social media accounts
- Processing supplier invoices using Sage 50 accounts and raising BACS payments
- Providing daily and monthly sales figures to the Directors
- Occasional travel with Management team, visiting customers and attending trade shows
- Organising exhibitions and events
- Supporting the Directors and assisting in all aspects of the business
Applicants must have excellent IT skills with a high attention to detail and good organisational skills coupled with the ability to provide and maintain a high standard of office support.
Hours of work are 9.00am 5.00pm. Onsite parking available.
Starting salary £26k per annum with review after 6 month probation period.
