SalaryThis tremendous and well-established property client is looking for a top-notch PA and Team Assistant to join their small property management team to assist with the smooth running of their large AirBnB portfolio and provide PA duties to the MD.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn and be willing to get stuck in and do a bit of everything! A real team player is required.
Whilst previous property / PA experience is not essential, an interest in developing in this sector would be hugely advantageous.
This is a fabulous role, within a fun team, with widely varied work where no two days will be the same.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with property admin requirements (gas certs, inventories, check-outs, cleans, damages, leaks etc)
- Guest communications.
- Monitoring daily requests / bookings.
- Refurbishment projects / management of contractors
- Liaising with neighbours, freeholders and other stakeholders to ensure consistent communication.
- General team and office admin
- PA duties to MD
Hours – 9-6
Salary – £25-26k
