Do you have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role from a financial/professional environment?

There is a genuine opportunity here to become a really useful member of the team. 

This boutique investment bank has new headcount for a bright and motivated PA/Assistant to  contribute to their continued success.

You will work alongside another Assistant and will be involved in various business functions including HR, finance and marketing.  In-office 5 days a week.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Diary management, arranging meetings and travel
• Acting as point of contact for internal and external communications
• Responding to emails and redirecting as appropriate
• Organising daily team lunches
• Liaising with suppliers for office equipment
• Assisting with CRM system, keeping client information up to date
• Assisting in the planning of company and client events, team meetings and off-sites
• Dealing with supplier invoices and preparing expense reports
• Assisting HR with employee onboarding, office well-being and in-house training
• Working closely with other Assistants, sharing workload in times of high pressure

The skills you need to bring:

• 2-3 years’ as a Team Assistant / PA in a financial/professional environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, flexible and friendly approach
• Ability to use own initiative and prioritise
• Sense of humour
• A desire and ability to learn quickly
• Tech savvy – Strong MS Office
