Reed HR are partnering with an exclusive client in Blackpool, to assist them in appointing a part-time and permanent HR Coordinator. The role is integral to the success of the business and the chosen candidate will be working alongside the Managing Director to facilitate the success of the People and Culture Strategy.
In return, the client are offering:
- Salary of up to £30,000 per annum pro rata
- 21 days annual leave + bank holidays increasing for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days (pro rata)

The successful candidates roles and responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries within the business
- All aspects of HR administration
- Creating job descriptions for all roles, attending and recording interviews, as well as liaising with recruitment agencies as appropriate
- Producing offer letters, completing pre-employment checks and producing contracts of employment
- Recording employee inductions, and training and development programs
- Maintaining the company succession plan
- Producing employee related reports on various subjects including turnover, attendance, holidays, sickness, diversity, length of service, and birthdays
- Creating standard employee correspondence letters
- Monitoring employees personal files in line with employment law and GDPR
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Coordinate the Managing Directors calendar and attend and record meetings where appropriate
- Liaise with external legal providers for advice where necessary
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have experience working in a HR Admin or above position
- Have knowledge of HR practices, policies and procedures
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to use systems to produce employee related reports
- Be hard working, professional and approachable
