HR Coordinator (FTC)

Wigan

£25,000-£27,000 per annum

Urgent requirement for a HR Coordinator to provide support on an interim basis for an initial FTC of 3 months. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will provide administrative support across the employee life cycle. You will have varied day-to-day duties depending on the requirements of the team, which will include:

• Assisting with absence management reporting and ensuring the correct data is collated and recorded
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and chasing missing information when required
• Inputting data into the HRIS system
• Administering any changes to contracts
• Other adhoc HR Administrative duties
• Answering HR queries and escalating to the relevant member of the HR team

About you:

• Experience working in a similar HR Coordinator/Administrator/Assistant role
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Confident approach and a willingness to support colleagues

What is on offer:

• Day rate of c£150 per day
• Initial 3 month Interim contact which may then be extended on a rolling monthly contract
• Hybrid working 50:50 office:home
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
