HR Coordinator (FTC)

£25,000-£27,000 per annum
Urgent requirement for a HR Coordinator to provide support on an interim basis for an initial FTC of 3 months. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will provide administrative support across the employee life cycle. You will have varied day-to-day duties depending on the requirements of the team, which will include:
- Assisting with absence management reporting and ensuring the correct data is collated and recorded
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and chasing missing information when required
- Inputting data into the HRIS system
- Administering any changes to contracts
- Other adhoc HR Administrative duties
- Answering HR queries and escalating to the relevant member of the HR team
About you:
- Experience working in a similar HR Coordinator/Administrator/Assistant role
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Confident approach and a willingness to support colleagues
What is on offer:
- Day rate of c£150 per day
- Initial 3 month Interim contact which may then be extended on a rolling monthly contract
- Hybrid working 50:50 office:home
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
