In this role, you will become responsible for administrating the UK payroll for an established firm with a large headcount and a variety of responsibilities, so it is essential that you have previously demonstrated success in fast-paced environments prior and showed an adaptability to adjust to the workload presented to you.
The daily responsibilities you will find as the Payroll Administrator include:
- Being the person in charge of reconciling the payroll and HR data.
- Reviewing and updating the payroll data as needed.
- Having the ability to prepare adhoc payroll data reconciliations and provide timely deductions.
- Taking responsibility. for the payroll analytical support to the business as and when needed.
- Processing the monthly payroll using Cascade, following legislative standards, and fulfilling company deadlines.
The client is currently searching for a person with corporate experience who has worked in a comparable role prior. Ideally someone who can come in and be a key member of their payroll team and take charge in giving the business first-rate operational payroll support.
