As our business has continued to grow and develop, we are looking for a Production Chef to create and produce ranges of products for a busy fish-merchants. This is an exciting role developing and planning a new range of delicious products which will be available for sale to our retail and wholesale customers.
The successful applicant would need to be proficient in kitchen management and confidently able to create flavoursome finished foods for use within fish and seafood dishes. They would also have Food Hygiene certification and operate to nationally recognised food standards.
This is a rare opportunity for somebody working within the catering industry as a Junior Sous or a Sous Chef who would like a lifestyle change where working evenings and weekends become a thing of the past.
The successful candidate will be a team player, who will need to be flexible, adaptable and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
